Service Technicians - Experience Required
We are looking for experienced Service Technicians for New Holland Auto Care to help grow our 40-bay service department and provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.

• Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
• Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning
• Communicates directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
• Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed.
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures. Efficiently and accurately perform quality repair work in accordance with dealership's and factory standards

Qualifications

• 2 years of technical experience Manufacturer's Certification preferred Automotive Technical/Trade school degree
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
• High school diploma or equivalent Math, Reading and Basic Computer skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills Professional appearance and work ethic

Must have a valid PA driver's license with good driving record
